You have: Windows 2000

1. To determine your version find "My computer" on the desktop.
2. Right click the "My computer" icon and click "Properties".
3. Hopefully you are running SP4. If not , run windows update found in the start menu.

   Windows 2000 is fairly outdated and doesn't have
anti malware technology including DEP*
